Additionally, we would like to thank the Andalusian Regional Government’s Innovation Department, as well as Andalucía Lab, for inviting us to be part of the “Andalucía Destinos” interview space, which aims to spotlight the efforts of Andalusian companies in the realm of digitalization.

Here, we had the opportunity to discuss technological development within Málaga’s hotel ecosystem, focusing specifically on the positive impact our virtual assistant Marysol has had on the way we engage with our clients.

The interview revolved around the following key points:

  1. The evolution of technology usage in the hotel sector: challenges and realities.
  2. How Málaga stands out from other cities in terms of technology adoption.
  3. The Marysol success story: What it is and how it has improved the customer experience.
